These terms apply to your use of BarkMeow at barkmeow.fun. By buying or using BarkMeow, you agree to them. We tried to keep this short and readable — if anything's unclear, email us at hey@barkmeow.fun.
1. What BarkMeow is
BarkMeow is a one-time, pay-once consumer product. You complete a short quiz about your pet and we generate a one-of-one AI voice, eight audio recordings, a personality profile, a horoscope, a lucky pack, a pet archetype, an ideal Sunday paragraph, a Yelp-style review of you as a pet parent, a printable certificate, and three phone wallpapers. Everything is yours to keep.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you're buying BarkMeow as a gift, you're responsible for making sure the recipient is comfortable receiving it.
3. Payment
The price is $17.99 USD per order unless shown otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. You agree that the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Refunds
Because every order generates a unique AI voice and a bespoke content bundle that can't be resold, all sales are final. That said, if something's broken — a clip won't play, a file won't download, the voice sounds like a dial tone — email hey@barkmeow.fun and we'll fix it or make it right. 5. Content rules
You own your pet's name, photos, and the custom sentences you write. We run lightweight automated moderation on the text you submit. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonates a real person, or is otherwise incompatible with a consumer pet product. If we reject an order for content reasons you'll be refunded.
6. Your rights to what we make
After delivery you get a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive license to use the audio recordings, certificate, wallpapers, and all written content for personal and non-commercial purposes — including sharing them on social media, printing, and gifting them. The underlying voice model is retired from our systems after your 8 recordings are generated; you keep the recordings, not the voice model itself. You may not resell the content, use it to train an AI model, or use it to impersonate real people.
7. AI-generated content
Voices and written content are generated by AI. They are fictional, intended for entertainment, and not statements of fact. The Yelp-style review, horoscope, and any other written output are meant to be playful — not literal claims about you or your pet.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use BarkMeow to impersonate a real person, create voices of real people without consent, harass anyone, or generate content that's illegal where you live. Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our service. Don't use BarkMeow to train another AI system.
9. Uptime & changes
We do our best to keep BarkMeow running. Occasional downtime happens. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Delivered orders stay accessible at the link we send you as long as we reasonably can — see the Privacy Policy for retention details.
10. Disclaimers
BarkMeow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to BarkMeow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
