Refund Policy

All sales are final — with one big exception.
Every BarkMeow order generates a unique AI voice, eight fresh TTS recordings, and a bespoke written profile that can't be resold or re-used. Because the work happens the moment you pay, we can't offer refunds for buyer's remorse or a change of heart.
If something's broken, we'll fix it.
If any part of your order doesn't work — a clip won't play, a file won't download, the certificate won't render, the voice sounds clearly wrong — email hey@barkmeow.fun within 14 days of your purchase and we'll either regenerate the broken piece, deliver a fresh order at no extra cost, or refund the order in full.
Please include your order link or the email you used at checkout so we can find your order fast.
What counts as "broken"
- Audio files are silent, corrupted, or won't play.
- Downloads fail repeatedly or links don't resolve.
- The certificate or wallpapers won't render or are clearly misformatted.
- The generated content is cut off, empty, or contains obvious system errors.
- We failed to deliver within 24 hours of payment.
What doesn't count as "broken"
- You didn't like the voice personality or accent. (We generate 3 candidates so you can pick your favorite — once you pick, that's the voice.)
- You wanted a different tone in the written content. (The outputs are AI-generated and intentionally playful — they're not statements of fact.)
- Your pet didn't approve. (Refund request must come from a human.)
Orders we reject
If we reject your order because the content violates our Terms (e.g. it fails moderation, impersonates a real person, or is otherwise unacceptable), you'll be refunded in full. You'll see the refund on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. Almost every issue is something we can resolve in one reply. Chargebacks are expensive for a small business and filing one for a problem we could have fixed isn't cool.
